travancore palace, new Delhi

Equal Ground is Delhi’s first wellness conference built on supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through traditional Indic knowledge. It’s a space to grow a collective of teachers and thought leaders applying classical Indic knowledge to modern-day needs through practices, dialogue, and sharing and holding space for growth and healing, not in forest retreats but in the chaos of cities.

From yoga and meditation to mental well-being, Equal Ground bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary living. It’s a platform to pause, learn, and return to balance - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
